So look y’all bout 12 years ago I (Dani Baby) was trying to engage with the Denver scene of creators. Back then the title “Content Creator” was not a thing, those folks were known as the “hustlers” and “team no sleep” beings. Not to mention Fashion/ Designers/ Stylists were not a big mention here in Denver. You really had to seek it out – you know the old school way in connection- grassroots style. So I did just that! Word on the street had “Fresh Sam” as this new up and coming artist that was challenging Denver’s Fashion Scene. A couple of weeks later we were sitting in a local coffee shop acknowledging each others desire to Create! With minimal equipment and a vision Fresh Sam led the way, and I was lucky enough to capture a bit of the beginning that is Fresh Sam’s creation INFATUE

The most beautiful observation I have made about Fresh Sam is Consistency! This Being pours out from their heart space, always giving honor where it’s due. Giving back to her community is a top priority to Fresh Sam’s message with the youth. Coming up as Fresh Sam did, with so many obstacles, and not enough resources, drove Fresh Sam to create spaces for Creation! Being the young entrepreneur Fresh Sam was, building her first studio in her parent’s basement, to years later signing a lease for a Studio here in Denver gives us all a look into how possible this all is. Even though many times the 10,000 hour rule often turns into 100,000 hours, Fresh Sam has really carved a way out for many dream makers, movers and shakers, and artists of all walks to connect with their desires and push forward no matter the amount of “No’s” they hear.

I highly recommend that you pay attention and stay tuned to the waves that Fresh Sam is Creating with her Brand Infatue. This is not just a local movement, but a global inspiration. Fresh Sam has been at this for a spell with no signs of slowing down in creating connection and collaborating with some of the dopest celebrities to the most ethereal Local Colorado artists. Not to mention Fresh Sam has created over 500 one of a kind pieces by deconstructing and reconstructing existing garments to alleviate textile waste. Alongside that empowering folks with unique designs and style that comes from the deep desire to Create and harness their own power- Fresh Sam simply reminds folks that they “Got This”.
From filming the beginnings of Fresh Sam’s Journey to Walking in my first fashion Show wearing Infatue this last decade has been incredible witnessing Fresh Sam’s Magic. Im just here to give honor where its due to this Brilliant and Peculiar Soul- CREATE OR DIE!
