VEZ continues his breakout summer, he fittingly drops a new visual where he’s… breaking out. This time, the New Mexico rapper is joined by P4P Entertainment labelmate, Da Prynce, for the US Marshall’s themed video “Keep It 100.” Watch as the two lyricists exchange high-octane verses (over CasokBeats’ production) as they make their escape.
Says VEZ:
“The vibe when Da Prynce and I did the song was kinda weird because that was our first time even meeting, then he walked in with about 50 crips. Honestly, I was a little thrown off, but after about 15 minutes of smoking the atmosphere was dope and we feel like we came up with a banger.”
Says Da Prynce:
“The video treatment was done by our mutual manager/ video director, Jonathan “Beauty Salon” Hamm. I told him I watched the movie US Marshall’s the other day and wanted to do some escape convict shit and we put it together. Hamm usually comes up with the ideas but Editz is the coldest with making everything fit and shooting and editing the footage. It was very different for me because most of my videos have all of the SWACC 40 Crips in it, so we changed it up with this one.”
