Kendrick Lamar is truly a stand out artist, he has been from day one. When you get invited to perform at The White House for the Fourth of July celebration, it might be safe to say, you have really “made it!” Along with Janelle Monet, Kendrick performed hit favorite hits and of course censored the tracks where needed.
July 4th is also President Obama’s daughter, Malia’s birthday which K-Dot helped sing Happy Birthday to. Malia is now 18!
President Obama was also quoted saying that “How Much A Dollar Cost” off To Pimp A Butterfly was his favorite song in 2015. Kendrick is really wining!
