Converse has always been at the forefront when it comes to being ahead of the curve. Their collaborations have forever been out of this world. Their latest joint venture is no different. Converse has combined forces with Boston brand Bandulu to put a new spin on one of America’s classic shoes.
The redesign is based on “wearable art” that have become popular throughout the years. The shoe that will be remixed is the classic ’70 high-top sneaker. The shoe has hand-sewn embellishments with splattered dots of paint around the soles and inner shell of the shoe. The embroidery is featured all over the shoe, giving the art-inspired shoe a stunning visual effect.
The Bandulu x Converse collaboration will be available in both black and cream colorways starting November 20 on Converse and in stores for $160.
